Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping

All orders of $99 or more ship free within the United States. Since every piece in our shop is $99 or more, that covers every order.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we'll give you a timeline when you order. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Orders ship from Florida via USPS Priority Mail. US delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Packaging & Insurance

Every piece is gift-boxed and packed securely. Orders are shipped with tracking, and higher-value orders may be insured and may require a signature on delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 5 days. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery.
